Just as an example: I disabled Bing safe search through my Bing (Microsoft account) settings, but it was enforced in Adguard Home. The result was that bing.com would not load.
You get the same result with other search engines when your safe search preferences there do not match those in Adguard Home.
Proposal
When this happens Adguard Home can serve its own IP in subsequent requests coming from the same local IP (obviously the first request will always fail, you can't know the client's safe search preferences beforehand) and proxy that request to a simple landing page saying something like: Your personal safe search preferences do no match your DNS (Adguard Home) preferences, please contact your network administrator to resolve this.
This way everyone knows what's wrong, instead of "OMG search doesn't work?!".
