AdGuard Home DNS unavailable from public network on VPS

Hello! I need some help with setuping AdGuard Home, maybe i doing something wrong. I installed AdGuardHome on the public VPS and cant connect to public address as dns. Just installed with curl script, setuping with 3000 port, i can connect with web interface on 80 port, but all my devices (windows 10 pc, keenetic router or android smartphone) cant connect if i add public address in dns field, and there is no any other clients in web interface (only my VPS machine as local host (127.0.0.1). But, if i connect to VPS server with WireGuard tunnel and enter in the vpn client settings public address in dns field, it working, i see new client in adguard web interface, all starting works, but only with active vpn connection.

Im not experienced user, VPS machine almoust as new. Its Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS , have all updates, installed WireGuard as WG Easy with docker (i see dockers ip in adguard home interface when connected) , ufw firewall and fail2ban. I opened 53/udp and 80/tcp ports in ufw, tried just to disable it, maybe no other reasons to be unavailable from public network. When setuping adguard home with web i selected all working interfaces, deactivated DNSStubListener from FAQ, tried install with docker still the same. When tried nslookup in windows 10 just a timeout, no client activity on the server. I`m not setuping any encryption settings or DHCP.

I tried to search this problem, but as i see another people have public connections from any addresses for default, I can connect only if i connected with vpn.
