Adguard Safe Search automatically turn on after turning off

Hi,

I really don't like the concept of Adguard Safe Search so I turn it off, but it automatically turn on after some time (normally 12h-24h range)

I have Adguard Home in LXC of Proxmox
Version: v0.107.38

All the clients could access and use Adguard.

I want to turn off permanently Adguard Safe Search. How to do that?
