New page when blocking ads to unblock for specific client

If the user wants to go anyway to that particular website that is directed through ads or tracking pages which are blocked by lists, there could be an option to turn on the website redirect which would have the option allow for me this time only, always (client specific unlock through web page without needing to log into admin page and there allow the website/link for client).
