Modify the blocking page

Hello, is it possible to modify the following blocking page ?
The idea, for example, is to indicate when I block a site like TikTok, Twitch, or another website, to inform the user with a personalized message that access to this site is blocked. If they believe it's a mistake, they can contact the administrator at the following email address. If this feature doesn't currently exist in AdGh, would it be possible to implement it ?
