I cannot access adoguard home from android or PC. It does not show up in the client.

Sorry for the newbie question, I decided to ask you about this because I have tried many times and it does not work.
Below is my environment
I have adguard home on my NAS and I want to cut ads through tailscale from android on the go!
However,
I finished the installation, started adguard home and viewed the web page from android, but the ads are not cut.
My smartphone does not appear in the list of clients accessing adguad home.
Is there anything wrong with my settings?
