AdGuardHome Dashboard stops loading about 10 minutes after servers starts

Hello,

I've had AdGuard running in a proxmox hosted LXC (running Debian Bookworm) for the past month or so. Everything has been stable until the last 2 days when for some reason when I try to access the AdGuard Dashboard url (http://[adguard ip address]) the dashboard doesn't load and instead the following page loads

If I restart the Adguard service (or reboot the machine) the Adguard Dashboard will load and behave normally for somewhere around 10 minutes and then it will stop loading again and be replaced by the same placeholder page shown above.

I have checked to see if Adguard is still serving DNS and blocking pages during all of this and it appears to be functioning appropriately based on the nslookup results from both blocked and non-blocked urls (completely normal and expected behavior). I have tried reverting my LXC container to a backup from before I started to notice this behavior - but even the instance restored from the backup is showing the same behavior. This has led me to believe that the issue may have something to do with my broader enviornment - but I can't figure out what may have changed, so I was hoping someone may be able to point me in the right direction based on some understanding of they types of issues that could cause Adguard to behave in this way.

*** UPDATE - Solved, I finally figured it out - as noted in my last observation, this was not related to my enviornment but was rather related to an issue within the enviornment ***
