DHCP: Protocol not available | 400

When I try to run AGH's built-in DHCP server on my router, I get the message:

Error: control/dhcp/set_config | enabling dhcp: starting dhcp server: 
dhcpv4: creating ipv4 udp connection: cannot set reuseport 
on socket: protocol not available | 400

I've read that this may be due to an old version of the kernel headers,
but I'm not sure if this is my case. I can't update the kernel.
Is there any workaround to run the built-in DHCP server?

I found the code in dhcp/dhcpv4/server4/conn_unix.go

        // Allow reusing the port to aid debugging and testing.

		return nil, fmt.Errorf("cannot set reuseport on socket: %v", err)
	}

But I don’t understand why my router’s network functionality does not support this option.
