Adguard dns not forwarding on windows 2022 server

Hi so my issue is that I have installed the latest version / tried older versions and yields in the same result
installed Ad guard home + made it a service and it boots up fine and set it up and it can see my clints and my DNS is forwarded infact the host machine is the DNS loaded it on my DC01 which is also the DNS / DHCP provider on VM

so just for fun I loaded VM of ubuntu and loaded ad guard and it worked however it did not pickup my clients automatically not sure why it found some and I had to add the DNS manually to get the rest working?

I Would like to have this running in my server please advise and thank you so much for reading this and thanks to all the developers, coder's and everyone who works on this project!!
