DHCP server error

Hello everyone,
I discovered and tested Adguard Home which I found great.

my configuration is:

• Synology DS215J DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 6 MARVELL Armada 375 88F6720 processor in fixed IP
• AdGuardHome_linux_armv7
• the router is in bridge mode (because DNS cannot be modified)

So I want to use ADGUARD's DHCP mode but when I click on check for dhcp servers I get the error "In order to use DHCP server a static IP address must be set. AdGuard Home failed to determine if this network interface is configured using a static IP address. Please set a static IP address manually."

Secondly if I click on enable dhcp server I get the error "Error: control/dhcp/set_config | enabling dhcp: starting dhcp server: dhcpv4: creating ipv4 udp connection: cannot set reuseport on socket: protocol not available | 400"

What is wrong or what is my mistake?
