Selective Service Scheduling

Just started using AdGuard Home in OPNSense and really love it. It's bringing a lot of insight in the heretofore unseen profiling of our clear net browsing. It there any effort around selective time scheduling for services? Right now it's any service selected for a range of time periods. But as far as I can tell, there isn't a way to turn off just certain services at certain times while leaving other services turned off perpetually. E.g., I don't like my kids accessing YouTube whenever they want because the game-play rabbit holes they fall into. Is it possible enable selective scheduling for just that service while leaving other services 24/7 disabled? Thanks!
