Adguard Home + HomeKit (Eve Devices)

I have been using Adguard Home for a few weeks now and am very satisfied. However, I have a problem that after a few days or sometimes weeks, some HomeKit devices (manufacturer EVE) suddenly stop working.
If I switch Adguard Home off, the devices work again straight away.

I have already set the following rules/regex to exclude the possible blocks.

@@/||apple*/$important
@@/||icloud*/$important
@@/||ring*/$important
@@/||evehome.com*/$important

Unfortunately, I still have the problem. Since the problem happens only occurs after days/weeks, I don't know what to do.
Does anyone have any tips? Im a beginner with Adguard Home.
