Possible to expose Docker container names in the query log?

So far, host mode has given me the ability to see the query log showing the Docker container's IP so that I know that that request came from which container, but I was wondering if there was a way to get it to show the container (host)name just like it can do with device hostnames or is that not possible? Thanks.
