After upgrading to v0.107.62, I noticed the Block button is hidden in Top clients.
It says Cannot disallow this client because excluding the rule "" will DISABLE "Allowed clients" but I didn't have this issue in previous versions and I do not have any custom rules. Additionally, I CAN Disallow this client in Query Log page, so it seems to be a UI bug.
