Blocked Threads not loading

Whenever I try to filter the Query Log for Blocked Threads, the cursor bigins to spin and nothing happens. I've installed AdGuard Home on a Raspi 5 using an SSD for the OS and the data.
Any idea what's going wrong?

More details please... PCIe or USB? PCIe Gen2 or Gen3? SSD power source? mSATA or NVME?

Sure: The SSD is PCI Express Gen.3x4 NVMe 1.3 (250 GB), the adapter is an NVMe version also (otherwise it wouldn't make sense ;-)) The size of the logfile (querylog.json) is about 1.2 GB.

BTW: I had the problem prior to switching to an SSD, when everything was installed on an SD-Card.
