more processing time in serving from cache

Hi there,
I have attached the screenshot. Today, I see that the DNS request is served from the cache and is being processed with 42 to 50 ms, which is not the case in served earlier from cache, which takes only 1-3 ms. Please let me know if you need more information. Please find the attachment.
