FireTV is being blocked

I am using AdGuard through my GL-MT6000 router. I have a FireTV not a FireStick and once i add a couple blocklists it basically doesn't allow my TV to display anything.

The lists i am using are as follows:
HaGeZi's Allowlist Referral
HaGeZi's Threat Intelligence Feeds
HaGeZi's Pro++ Blocklist

Can someone help me figure out what i need to do so my FireTV can be used please?

Check what domains are being blocked in the query log for the device in question and go from there
