Tuya domain become unreachable after few hours

I'm using openwrt with AdGuard Home. It works quite well, stats and queries are disabled except when i need them.
Recently im having problem of reachability from home assistant to

apigw.tuyaeu.com
openapi.tuyaeu.com

The only solution i have is to clear the cache in the DNS Settings tab and then everything start to work again magically.
I've added the following

@@||tuyaeu.com^$important

yet even though i see

the site results to be not reachable.
The dns responds the proper IPs in both cases
