Additional Information
I tried to throughly troubleshoot this issue. I finally got it to fix by disabling filtering with the app in Low-Level settings or turning off AdGuard's VPN all together. It has been like this in multiple versions of AdGuard.
I have tried disabling/enabling filters, extensions, firewall, content blockers, etc. This happens on both cellular and wifi.
