Don't crash on empty rows #13

From out of band conversation with @Speculative

  1. When you create a database it initially gives you a bunch of empty rows and if you leave those in, notion-md-sync will throw an exception. Took me a bit to realize that the empty rows in the table were actual records with empty data as opposed to just placeholders in the view
