Error: Writing to NOR failed!

I tried to backup some of my games, but after inserted the game card on my DS/DS Lite, I got this error:

Error: Writing to NOR failed!

What can I do?

Please be more specific in what you're trying to do and how you're attempting to accomplish this. What flashcard? Slot 1 or 2? Did you DLDI patch the homebrew if it's necessary on your card? What game(s)?

I was using a R4i Gold 3DS Plus. And the games I tried to backup save data are:

• New Super Mario Bros.
• Super Mario 64 DS
• Mario Party DS
• Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story
• WarioWare: Touched!
• Puffins Island Adventure

I used an R4i Gold 3DS Plus to backup game card data from Slot-1. I get the error (Error: Writing to NOR failed!) when I try to backup save data for these games:

• New Super Mario Bros.
• Super Mario 64 DS
• Mario Party DS
• Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story
• WarioWare: Touched!
• Puffins Island Adventure

What can I do to be able to backup the save data of the game I want to backup without getting the error?
