Use https://github.com/frol/docker-alpine-glibc as base image for alpine

There is crafted alpine image with glibc :
https://github.com/frol/docker-alpine-glibc/blob/master/Dockerfile
we can use it as we do many the same things as in our iamge, I would consider using it as our base image instead as pure alpine

it would definitely help for #105 also and actually our Dockerfile for alpine would be much simpler

I'm going to make a security call on this one and argue the risk isn't worth it. Happy for this to be re-opened with more info though.
