Windows docker images

Currently AdoptOpenJDK provides only linux docker images, but it would be great to have windows docker images as well. They could be included into multi-platform manifest along with existing platforms.

Note: MSFT provides wide range of docker image platforms, so it looks like supporting the latest LTSC and SAC channels would be enough.

In our use case is enough to have microsoft/nanoserver-based docker images.

PR #140 has added LTSC support now.

@dinogun, thanks for a good news. It seems that this PR brings supports only windowsservercore images and not nanoserver which is preferred since they are much lighter.

Also now LTSC version is 2019, so it makes sense to build images on top of it instead of outdated LTSC 2016.

@dtretyakov we've added more windowsservercore images to the official docker repo here: https://hub.docker.com/_/adoptopenjdk. Right now we aren't looking at adding nanoserver images but the 1809 and 1803 and much lighter weight than the ltsc2016 ones :)
