how to launch?

I don't understand how to launch esptool... under windows 11 I try to click files .exe under the folder... but they don't open..

Could it be for the missing Python DLL from isse 1?

The exe to execute is "esp_tools_gui.exe". It is a simple .net application. But unsigned.

but questio is. to launch it simply click on exe file?

Yes, just click it (or double click it).
Maybe the antivirus is blocking the application, as it is not a signed exe

there is no antivirus.. and click open a dos windows (command) for 1 second and then close it immediately
