AT+CBANDCFG reduce bands

I lost some weeks, trying to understand why on COAP-messages the module hangs sometimes. I was not able to find out a way to debug the module and didn't get an answer from SimCom why this can happen.
So, I began to de-globalize the module (maybe this helps)

If you are in Europe, you can just use Band8 and Band20, as they are the bands for LTE.
Since in the most countries, band20 is reserved for IoT devices (NB-IoT and Cat-M), you could also just set 20.

This will (probably) increase the reliability of the SimCom7080G.
