I have been trying to prevent rutile ore from generating on earth but not on other planets, using the http://arwiki.dmodoomsirius.me/AdvancedRocketry/1.12.2/config/OreConfiguration.html and http://arwiki.dmodoomsirius.me/AdvancedRocketry/1.12.2/config/AdvancedPlanetConfiguration.html but neither have worked and rutile continues to generate on earth. Could you explain how to use them since the wiki pages have not helped.
