Adyen Payment for instalment method is not working as expected

Describe the bug
Instalment dropdown option and place order button is not displayed when enabled from admin.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login to magento admin.
2. Navigate to stores->configuration->sales->payment method->adyen->enable instalment.
3. Save the changes.
4. Login to NML FE.
5. Add product to cart.
6. Proceed to checkout
7. Verify option to select instalment and place order button is displayed.

Expected behavior
Instalment dropdown option and place order button should be displayed.

Thank you for raising this issue. This issue duplicates #2845 and we already have an internal investigation ticket to solve this one. Please follow the updates on the related issue.

Hope you are doing great! Thank You for raising the concerns and excuse us for some confusions here. We did address this issue in one of the investigations and created a PR(check #2853 for more details) and will address #2845 in another investigation.
