[Feature]: Add possibility to use local ip address

When using local communication you need to change the url.

Problem statement

I'm having an issue in how to enable local communication. In Postman it works with [ip-address]:8443/nexo but I have no idea how to change it when using the library.

Proposed solution

If it not possible yet, create new environment LOCAL and add the possibility to specify the ip address.
