Split Payments doesnt capture Adyen details

Cartridge version: 25.1.0

SFCC: SFRA (v7)

Payment types: Givex Gift Card (partial payment) + Credit Card remainder

Environment behaviour:

DEV / TEST: Works correctly

LIVE: Fails — card payment not captured, resultCode = Refused
Steps to Reproduce

Add items to cart

Apply a Givex Gift Card that covers part of the order total

Proceed to checkout

Enter a Credit Card for the remaining amount

Submit payment

Observe that:

Gift card deduction succeeds

Card payment is refused

Order gets placed in SFCC BM. Adyen details are not captured only Gift card is captured.

Can the Adyen team please confirm:

1. Are there any known issues with split payments or partial payments in v25.1.0?
2. Did v25.x introduce new account-level configuration for partial payments ?

We are not aware of such issue and I can't reproduce it myself as well!
Can you please open a support ticket including the details for the use case?
