obs-studio.install install errors

During a recent attempt to upgrade the obs-studio.install package, I ran into a number of errors.

What this came down was that at the time of the installation attempts, I was running the WhatsApp and Signal applications.

Would it make sense to get these added to the checks in the chocolateyInstall.ps1 file, similar to what is in place for the MS Teams and Slack applications?
