Issue Description

SMTP Block is activated by default when you activate High Security Profile
There should be a warning about this, because this will block all outgoing emails from your server and customers will start complaining right away.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install Ubuntu 24.04 + Webmin + CSF Firewall 15.07
2. Activate High Security Profile
