Issue Description

Tested with Ubuntu v22.04 + Cpanel 130.0.15 + CSF Firewall 15.07

If you go to /etc/csf/csf.blocklists, you will see that is outdated and does not include the Official CSF Blocklists

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install Ubuntu v22.04 + Cpanel 130.0.15 + CSF Firewall 15.07
2. Go to /etc/csf/csf.blocklists
