Issue Description

When trying to install CSF with install.directadmin.sh I see the error:
./install.directadmin.sh: line 1196: syntax error: unexpected end of file and the CSF is not installed

Steps To Reproduce

• 1. download csf wget https://github.com/Aetherinox/csf-firewall/releases/download/15.08/csf-firewall-v15.08.zip
• 2. unzip csf-firewall-v15.08.zip
• 3. cd csf/
• 4. ./install.directadmin.sh

So it appears that this is the first DirectAdmin ticket.

DirectAdmin docs also appear to be missing from https://docs.configserver.dev for this Control Panel, so I'm going to use this ticket for docs prep and the bug. Just to deal with everything at once.

I fixed the initial issue and just tested the install and it works.

If you want the fix right now, you can simply re-download CSF from our repo:

mkdir csf
git clone https://github.com/Aetherinox/csf-firewall.git .

Then run the install

sudo sh install.sh

I'll be releasing an update in a bit, I'm just finishing the DirectAdmin docs, and a few other bugs.

Sure thing. I'm just finishing writing up the DirectAdmin docs, then I've got one more bug to fix for 15.09 for another user, I'll do after the docs, and then I'll release if you don't want to manually download the fixes.
