Fake-ip模式下是没有类似禁止内网哪些设备通过openclash的相关配置吗？ #252

redir-host模式在【黑白名单】里有对内网的ip或者mac进行禁止的配置，fake-ip模式下好像没有。
有其他配置方法吗？
