Which browser tab?

Let's say I have a couple browser windows open with many browser tabs in each. Multiple may have inspector open as well.

I see the "Browser Tools MCP started debugging this browser" in all my browser tabs, even if the inspector is not open.

If I'm using, let's say, cursor to ask something of the MCP, what browser tab is it looking in? How do I have control over this?
