It seems that when taking a screenshot, the message "Successfully saved screenshot" has no effect, and the AI does not read the image

It saves the screenshot in a folder. Mine was the Downloads/mcp-screenshots folder. So I think you'd have to read it from there. It's not really useful out of the box.

so we have to copy paste the screenshot manually instead of having the AI read it directly from the tool call?

same issue here, it takes a screenshot but complains it cannot view the actual image
