Minor bug.
Some more items are needed -
- An example in the
examples/openai_agentsdirectory that can be used by the users to understand the decorator's usage. - Relevant docs in
docs/v2explaining the use of the decorator.

📘 Description
Closes #1003, input/output guardrail decorators.
Unsure about naming conventions, currently
in_guardrailandout_guardrailto avoid collisions with OpenAI'sinput_guardrailandoutput_guardrail.The guardrail's inputs and outputs proper are not deserialized but I think that is a different issue as per Monday morning standup.
🧪 Testing
Only tested against OpenAI's input/output guardrail examples.
