Logs in the UI have the wrong timezone #1939

Environment
- Covalent version: 0.234.0rc0
- Python version: 3.10
- Operating system: Ubuntu
What is happening?
When I check out the logs in the UI, the timezone does not match that of the server environment. The timezone for the main part of the UI is correct; it's just the logs that are forward in time.
How can we reproduce the issue?
covalent start
Then run a job that generates log data.
What should happen?
The correct timezone should be used.
Any suggestions?
