Migrate to git-bug and or radicle.xyz and or forgejo

Github is getting more sketchy by the day.

I think it's time to migrate to something less centralized.

Main issue will be getting the existing issues migrated out and or synced with the alternatives. Plus finding a replacement for the CI to build the browser and deploy releases.

Another alternative would be to either self host forgejo or migrate to codeburg. I'm not sure if they'll be around in the same capacity in 5 years or not and we'd need to deal with servers again. Forgefed would be nice so folks could bring their own accounts and not need a single server but it's still WIP.

Thoughts? Concerns? Anyone wanna try doing the migration with me?

the fact that it has an http interface makes it a definite must try imo
