Add UI for Space Taken By Data on User's Computer

Opening "Open Data Folder" currently open a directory with a variety of files and directories. This is challenging for a non-technical user.

I propose a dedicated UI for quickly showing how much space is being taken and by what.

Grey'd out space can be for data that can't be deleted. Different colors can be for the data downloaded from different sources: IPFS, DAT, Bittorrent, and even which websites.

I think this will be pending on having a UI for viewing what p2p data we even have stored locally. Which requires adding hooks into the protocol handlers for getting that info.

For folks wanting this in the meantime: go to Help > Open Data Folder and you'll see the ipfs and hyper folder.
