Visualization Problems with the USB camera

Hi all,

We are using the new DAQ software with Miniscope v3 and a behavioral camera (webcam). When we run the software, it displays the window for the Miniscope live image but not for the webcam live image. While recording, it works (we can see the recorded behavioral video), but the problem arises because we cannot view the live image. This is an issue for us as we are unable to correct the camera's position and establish the correct video configuration.

We have thought that this problem could be solved by downloading the most up-to-date version of the Miniscope DAQ Firmware as the README of the https://github.com/Aharoni-Lab/Miniscope-DAQ-QT-Software says but triying to download the .img files in the Built_Firmware section we have an error message saying "The disk image file is corrupted" so we can not execute the .img files.

These files are not to be extracted/executed/viewed on the host system. You need to download them into the EEPROM of your DAQ box. You can find instructions on how to do that here: https://github.com/Aharoni-Lab/Miniscope-DAQ-Cypress-firmware#programming-the-miniscope-daq-box
