Description
Hello, I created an SMT that can transfer (primarily, Avro) schemas across Schema Registry servers. (Have not tested with other types, but I don't actual invoke Avro API anywhere).

I have moved into other employment since creating this, and would prefer for external community to takeover maintainability, and have spoken to Aiven folks at Current, so I feel this is a good home for the code.
