Safari support

Hi,
I'm an experienced Javascript dev (React engineering lead at Walmart Health) interested in contributing. In particular I'm interested in helping with Safari support -- I see you have some scaffolding in variants file but maybe nothing substantial yet. Is this something you would be willing to have my collaborate on? Right now the avenue I've been pursuing is to use the Apple repackager to build a Swift version from the Javascript source, but open to alternatives!

Does Safari support manifest v3? If so, you can try editing this file https://github.com/Ajatt-Tools/rikaitan/blob/main/dev/data/manifest-variants.json and produce a build for Safari.

Personally, I wouldn't bother because Safari is proprietary software, and it has malicious functionalities. Also, you need to have macOS to run it, and macOS itself is proprietary malware.

I understand your concern, however I came to the conclusion a few years ago that Apple tends to have a good record for privacy... provided you're willing to pay for it. I saw your recommendations for LibreWolf and now use that as my second browser, and I could totally have my view changed. Regardless, for those in the Apple ecosystem such as myself, Safari presents some major advantages on performance, battery life, and convenience so I think it's worth providing! Will get on this in the coming weeks.
