massive padding in callout blocks #486

hello!
opened up my vault after the latest Border update to find my callouts looking strange. it looks like all the padding has increased greatly across the board. Lines that were once a standard line break now have huge gaps and the additional padding around all around has made things look fairly unwieldly. Nothing in my settings has changed, because there is always an option that this was something that I did. I switched my theme to see if it was something weird happening in my vault, maybe some new plugin messed with something etc, and any other theme I tried was fine,
