After the Obsidian 1.10.3 update, dragging files to other folders causes severe stuttering on low-performance computers

Close all plugins, while enabling the border theme, dragging files to other folders is severely laggy.
Enable the border theme, turn off all plugins, and drag files to other folders smoothly without lag.
Create a new Obsidian repository, import files from another repository, and install the border theme to reproduce the issue

This issue can be reproduced on both low-performance laptops

• CPU: Intel i7-4700MQ (Laptop 1)
• CPU: AMD R7 2700U (Laptop 2)

On high-performance desktops, this issue is not very noticeable

• CPU: AMD 5700X
• GPU: NVIDIA 3070Ti

Presumably same as #469. FYI I'm hitting this as well on a MBP M3 Pro, so not just low spec computers IMHO.
