dragging files to other folders causes severe stuttering

Border Version: 1.12.22
Computer Infomation:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7840H with Radeon 780M Graphics
• CPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU 8GB

Bug Description:
After enabling the Border theme, a significant lag occurs when attempting to drag files to other folders. The issue persists even in safe mode.
Once the problem appears, it continues even when switching to other themes unless the software is restarted.

I have reviewed this issue and manually removed the code snippets related to the colored folder feature in the CSS file as suggested by the author, but the problem persists.
