Add ScreenBrush or similar screen annotation app

ScreenBrush is a little buggy, also some of the features (e.g. Freeze mode) are only available in the paid version meaning by default the annotations are not persistent.

Find an alternative, doesn't need to be complicated but having quick arrows, text, and highlighting are a must.
