Feature: Enhance homepage visibility and call-to-action for "About Us" page

Background Information

We need to strategically increase the visibility of the "About Us" page to reinforce our institutional positioning and trust. Currently, access is not prominent enough on the homepage.

How

1. Menu Revision: Move the "About Us" link to a more prominent position in the main navigation menu.
2. Homepage Summary: Insert a new section on the homepage containing a brief institutional summary (pitch) explaining who we are and our mission.
3. CTA Button: Add a clear Call-to-Action (CTA) button within this new section directing users to the full "About Us" page.
4. Content Update: Update the "About Us" page to include:
   • National Committee information.
   • "Meu Candidato" Project details.
   • Institutional recognition/awards.
   • Alignment with strategic positioning (public infrastructure, disinformation cycle).

Expected Behavior

Users visiting the homepage should easily identify who the organization is and have a clear, direct path to read more details on the "About Us" page.
