Build Instruction Difficulties

I am having issues building Thorium for Windows from my Win11 machine. I have tried to follow the steps to the letter, but it just seems like I get one error after another. I finally got all the way to the build step, but now I get messages about different config values either not present or not working. Has anyone built for Windows from this lately? Any tips? I would really like to get this working, because I have a couple of UI tweaks that I want to test out and possibly contribute back to the repo.
