Context menu shows mixed languages: "Open link in new tab" and "Open link in current tab" appear in English instead of Russian when UI language is set to Russian

When right clicking on any link on a GitHub page with the interface set to Russian, the first two context menu items "Open link in new tab" and "Open link in current tab" are displayed in English, while all other items such as "Открыть ссылку в новом окне", "Копировать адрес ссылки" and others are correctly shown in Russian. This appears to be a localization inconsistency where these two specific entries are missing Russian translations or falling back to English strings, creating a mixed language experience for Russian speaking users.
